Janson Natural Geisha is a premier specialty coffee from Panama, celebrated for its intense, fruit-forward profile and delicate jasmine florals.
Produced by the Janson family in the Volcán region, it is grown at high altitudes on volcanic soil. The "Natural" process involves drying the coffee cherries whole, which results in a juicy, syrupy body with complex notes of mango, peach, and citrus. Because of its sustainable farming and meticulous processing (often involving temperature-controlled drying), it consistently ranks as one of the top-tier coffees in the Best of Panama competitions.
